I was very happy with my purchase experience at F.A. Motorcars. JC and his brother were so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. It was a conversation the entire time and never felt pushy or uncomfortable like some of my shopping experiences I had before finally finding the right vehicle and atmosphere here. Their mechanic was really friendly too, he talked to my girlfriend about both of them having family in Puerto Rico for 20 minutes while JC and I were talking about the truck. I don't usually leave reviews on google unless I really like the people and have an amazing experience. So I just wanted to share how great the people were here.

Today was the day I finish paying off my Civic I had gotten from F.A. Motorcars...about 2 years ago I went into F.A. Motorcars looking to buy a car because I had just moved into Texas from Ny and I found they had a Honda Civic that I loved and really wanted only problem is my credit was no good and I had just moved here so didnt have much to prove I was a resident and I also had just got hired at a new job but didn't have to much proof I worked there. Long story short I first spoke to Angel from FA and told him my situation and he had me come in and see what we could work out. Coming into FA I wasnt sure if I could make anything happen but then I met Fernando who worked with Angel to see if I could get approved with a loan. Because of my situation it was near to Impossible but Fernando and all the guys at FA did what they could and even with some doubt they decided to finance in House and trusted that I would stay true to what I said and actually have a job and make my payments on time. Because of them I was able to get in that car that day and be able to have a vehicle to get to that new job everyday and happy to say I always made all my payments and today marks the day I paid off my Civic. Fernando, Angel, JC and even the JC sr treated me like family and worked with me and I'm glad to say I made it because of them. Thank you guys and you will all be considered Family because of that.

Fernando was awesome from the moment he called me after submitting the application online to handing us the keys to the car of our choice. We had been turned down almost everywhere and were frustrated and almost went with a car we didn't want with a high down payment....Fernando worked all day to get us approved and even stayed late to finish the deal...the whole FA family are kind professional and HONEST!! If you need a great quality car, truck, or SUV and you don't have good credit....these guys will get it done, I am proof!!! In the past I have bought my cars from individual owners. This is only the second time I have bought from a dealership. FA Motorcars was definitely an A1 experience. JC and Fernando were total gentlemen and treated me like a close friend the moment I put foot on their property. They were cordial, considerate of my needs, and I felt confident they were very honest and upfront about their inventory. I needed to purchase a vehicle that day which was Saturday because I was going out of town early Monday morning. Fernando met my husband and I after hours to complete the purchase so I could be on the road early Monday. The GNC Acadia I purchased is awesome, comfortable and enjoyable e to drive. I would definitely recommend F.A. Motorcars an A1 experience.

FA-Motorcars has some of the cleanest and unique cars I've seen on the market.. everyone was very friendly and willing to help from the first step I took on their car lot and not in that pushy kind of way. Everyone was genuine and helpful with all my needs and they found me the perfect car to suite my needs (2012 Lexus CT200h F package). I went to see my mechanic Samir about a potential car I saw who suggested I forget about it and go see the cars at F.A. Motorcars instead. Based on his advice i went there and met Fernando. A very laid back and easy going sales man, also the main brains behind the business. Not pushy at all, asked me for my budget and didn't push me to give certain numbers, instead he kind of figured out my bracket quickly. Took me to the 1st car which I politely declined due to the fact it was 2 door and we're expecting a kid. By then he totally knew what I'd go for, so he led me to my current 2nd baby ... my sweet 3 series BMW. I was not sure at the time although the maintenance and presentation of the car was perfect. Went back home did my research and pulled out the records. Everything Fernando said matched and was true. Went back the next day, met with his Brother J.C. (also a great guy and laid back salesman) he finished all the paperwork for me smoothly and I drove out with the car an hour later. The windshield was cracked and he managed to get me a super discount on replacing it also as part of the deal. They are fair, they're init for the money obviously but unlike other salesmen they are not trying to rob you. they want everyone to win, which is fair enough to me. So do give them a chance to make you the deal that would be fair enough for both of you. Over all great experience and highly recommend.
